Born and raised in the Park City area, these mountains have always been home to us. We grew up boating the lakes, biking the trails, skiing the resorts, and even learning to fly above the very landscapes that make this place so special. We know Park City exceptionally well, and we want every homeowner to experience the same sense of freedom, comfort, and enjoyment every time they arrive.

We've also spent our lives around luxury homes and the level of care they require. From understanding how these estates are built to knowing the systems and maintenance behind them, we recognize that these properties are far more than homes — they are valuable assets that deserve exceptional oversight and protection. That belief is reflected in the name Valoren, inspired by the German word meaning value. Protecting what matters most is the foundation of everything we do.

We founded Valoren Estate Management after recognizing a genuine need within our community: extraordinary homes sitting vacant for months at a time without trusted, consistent oversight. Our goal is simple — to provide homeowners complete peace of mind while they are away.
